What to Expect: This is an 8-week program delivered live via Zoom (held in the comfort of your own home), with each session recorded and uploaded to your Thinkific dashboard so you’ll have lifetime access to all materials, including the “playsheets.” Each live session will run approximately two hours. Once you enroll, you’ll find all Zoom links conveniently located in your dashboard. If you’re unable to attend a session live, you can watch the replay at any time and move through the program at your own pace. For those joining live, participation is flexible—you’re welcome to keep your camera off and simply listen in. Each session will be primarily focused on teaching, with dedicated time at the end for personal Q&A.

Dates: The program begins June 4, 2026, and runs weekly through July 22, 2026. Personal Coaching: At the end of each week’s Zoom session, I’ll set aside time for Q&A and personalized coaching based on your unique situation, plan for about 1 hour (this will also be uploaded). There’s no pressure to participate—this space is open for those who feel called to ask questions and go deeper into how the material applies to their lives. These moments often become some of the most valuable parts of the program, offering clarity, connection, and insight. In these 8 weeks, I’ll teach you practical, powerful tools to begin that process. At the same time, it’s important to understand that if you’ve spent much of your life in people-pleasing patterns, true, lasting change unfolds over time. This program will bring meaningful relief, deeper awareness of why you do what you do, and clear steps for how to move forward. We’ll work through a variety of modalities to support a full mind–body–soul experience—exploring nervous system regulation, somatic inner child work, and identity shifts, while also leaving space for your own spiritual connection, whatever that looks like for you. There’s no pressure to believe or do anything that doesn’t feel aligned—this is your journey, your pace, your choice. My role is to guide and support you as you begin to release old patterns and step into a more free, grounded, and authentic way of being—unraveling, unzipping, unshackling and unleashing what no longer serves you and opening the path ahead.
