Each month, we explore a new theme designed to support your body, mind, and soul through intentional practices, empowering conversations, and guided activations. This is a space to slow down, reconnect with your inner voice, and surround yourself with women who are choosing to live with more presence, confidence, and authenticity.   • When is it: We will meet via Zoom once monthly, (I will send a link) in a group setting to continue integrating the tools, shifting patterns, and embodying lasting change in real time. In addition to our once a month live call, you will also receive a bi-weekly check-in space via Telegram for reflection, support, and accountability between sessions.
