What is it: This is a 6-month high-level coaching container designed to support and deepen the work from the 8-week People Pleasing Healing program. This container is designed to hold you through the real-life application of this work—where old patterns tend to resurface and deeper transformation takes place. It is a committed space for continued nervous system regulation, identity rewiring, and embodied change, supported by consistent guidance and community connection over the course of six months.

When is it: We will meet via Zoom once per week in a group setting to continue integrating the tools, shifting patterns, and embodying lasting change in real time. In addition to our weekly calls, you will also receive a weekly check-in space via Telegram for reflection, support, and accountability between sessions.

Dates: The Founder Offering begins in August 2026 and will run continuously, with the option to re-enroll after your initial 6-month container. This space is designed for ongoing deepening, expansion, and integration as the work evolves. I will continue to bring in new teachings, modalities, and insights from my own ongoing learning and experience. This is also a space for women to come together in meaningful connection and support—building a grounded sisterhood rooted in honesty, growth, and empowerment. Together, we explore both the everyday experiences of people-pleasing patterns and the deeper, more unspoken layers we often hesitate to share, creating space for real, open, and transformative conversations that might feel a little "naughty" yet wildly freeing in a way you have never felt!.

Where is it: In the comfort of your own home, I will come to you through the computer live on Zoom. If you miss that weeks session I will upload the recording for you.

Who is it for: This container is designed to support and deepen the work from the 8-week People Pleasing Healing program. If you haven’t completed the 8-week program but feel called to begin directly with this 6-month container, I ask that you book a “Desire Call” with me first so we can ensure it’s the right fit and that we’re fully aligned.

When can I purchase: You can purchase starting NOW, the actual calls will begin September 16, 2026. When you purchase send me an email so I can adjust your "6 Month" dates to be complete 6 months after the September 16th start date; otherwise it will auto start your time now.
